Hotel Aria is a modern and stylish four-star superior hotel located in Rimini, one of the most popular holiday destinations of the Italian Adriatic coast.
Architect Vedran Petrovic Poljak designed the whole interior project including custom-made furniture, as well as the pool and the architecture of the entrance area.
The project has been designed combining luxurious amenities and elegant environments to ensure privacy and tranquillity and to offer guests an exclusive experience both for pleasure and business stays.
The design approach followed the guidelines imposed by the property: to obtain functional organization and optimization of the spaces to meet the new needs of hospitality while expressing the great sensitivity acquired by Renzi family in years of experience in the hospitality industry of the Italian Adriatic coast.
With its 55 rooms, reception, lobby and bar on the ground floor, restaurant on the first floor, level the spectacular pool on the last level plus two underground garage, Hotel Aria occupies an eleven-storeys building with technologically advanced design and a cutting edge sophisticated system of energy saving.
The common thread that links all areas of the hotel is a constant counterbalance to soft shapes and curved lines, as in the common areas so even in the rooms. Neutral colours, ample spaces and the geometric linearity of furnishings guarantee a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests.
The hotel offers the guests five different types of room equipped with all comforts: Classic, Quality, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite. Each category features exclusive advantages such as the spectacular en-suite jacuzzi in Suite rooms.
The choice of the materials emphasizes the play of colors and contrasts through a mix of natural and synthetic materials, modern and classic. The Teak and Walnut clear wood of the furniture contrast to steel , glass and laminate.
Porcelain tiles of different collections by Ceramiche Refin, with their multitude of colors and textures have been used on the floor and walls to distinguish the different types of rooms and common areas. For benches , desks and luggage rack the architect chose STARKRYL® a modern and innovative material in harmonious contrast with granite Gold and Silver.
The building has been designed to meet the highest anti-seismic standards and has energy independence, thanks to a photovoltaic system for electricity and solar panels for hot water, completely eco-friendly.
